Rules governing all online raffles

• Must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket. Must be 21 years of age to purchase a ticket for a handgun.
• All purchases are a donation to the M.M.P.&W. Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Company.
• Once a ticket is purchased, the purchaser’s name will be placed into a random selection platform for each ticket purchased for the specific item only. Once predetermined number of tickets is reached, selection will occur on Facebook Live.
• Selected individual will have 30 days to contact M.M.P.&W. Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Company, via Facebook or call into the station 717-328-3727 ext 0 to schedule a time to verify the winner.
• All winners must claim prizes within 30 days of the drawing date, otherwise prizes will be forfeited to the M.M.P.&W. Volunteer Fire Company.
• Any member of the M.M.P.&W. Volunteer Fire &Ambulance Company is eligible to enter.

Firearms:

• * There is no option for cash value. If the winner fails the PICS Insta-Check, the winner will receive a gift card in the amount of the prize.
• * All winners are responsible for the $10.00 PICS Insta-Check fee.
• * Any out-of-state (residing outside of Pennsylvania) winners are responsible for any shipping/transfer fees associated with out of state transfers.
• * Winners must pick up their winnings within 30 days from the drawing date unless otherwise communicated with Lumber Direct.
• * All Pennsylvania State and Federal gun laws apply.
• * The M.M.P.&W. Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Company assumes no responsibility for any actions taken by the winner of the raffle.
